Longman, Tremper, III

Tremper Longman III (MDiv, Westminster Theological Seminary; PhD, Yale University) is professor of biblical studies at Westmont College. He has written widely on biblical interpretation, including An Introduction to the Old Testament (with Raymond B. Dillard), A Complete Literary Guide to the Bible (with Leland Ryken), and Making Sense of the Old Testament.


Lucas, Sean Michael

Sean Michael Lucas (BA, MA, Bob Jones University; PhD, Westminster Theological Seminary) is senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. 


Lundgaard, Kris

Kris Lundgaard and his wife, Paula, served fourteen years with Mission to the World in Slovakia. As well as authoring several books, he has been a technical writer, computer programmer, pastor, program manager, and test-engineering manager. He and Paula have four married children and many grandchildren.




MacDonald, George

George MacDonald (1824–1905) was a Scottish novelist and poet whose works influenced such great writers as C. S. Lewis and G. K. Chesterton. MacDonald was the author of over fifty books, including novels, stories, and poems, and was one of the best-loved authors of his day. Among his better-known children’s stories are At the Back of the North Wind (1872), The Princess and the Goblin (1872), and Sir Gibbie (1879).
