Desk, Examination, and Personal CopiesP&R is happy to provide desk, examination, and personal copies of textbooks to qualifying professors who teach at a recognized college, university, or seminary. Qualified persons include lecturers, instructors, adjunct professors, assistant professors, associate professors, and professors. Students, student assistants, student instructors, and the general public do not qualify. Exam and desk copies are billed (provisionally) at 50% discount, plus shipping charges. Copies may be returned for full credit or paid for within 60 days. If your school orders five or more copies of the book within 60 days, we will cancel your invoice. Please return the desk or examination copy invoice with the text order. Desk and examination copies are limited to one copy per title per professor, for possible textbook use only. To order a desk or examination copy, fill out the form to the right. Or if you'd prefer, you may submit your request to: Attn: Textbook Department If you submit your request by mail, fax, or email, please indicate the name of the course for which the book is being considered, its probable enrollment, the book currently in use, and the deadline for the decision on the text (if applicable). Personal copies are billed at a discount of 30% plus shipping. You may order as many copies of as many titles as you wish. To order personal copies of one or more books, you must first register with P&R by filling out the top half only of the form to the right. You must use your institution's mailing address. Within one business day of receiving your registration, P&R will email you a personal code to use when ordering personal copies. This personal code will enable you to receive the 30% discount. Once you are registered and have received your personal code, to purchase personal copies of P&R books, simply add the books you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and on the checkout screen, enter your personal code in the field titled Coupon Code. P&R reserves the right to refuse an examination or desk copy to any professor who abuses the policy. * Indicates required field |
