  1. The author is a very good speaker at the con­fer­ence and train­ings for coun­sel­ing. I attended his ses­sions. He came to us in Deaf group and let us ask him dif­fer­ent ques­tions related to coun­sel­ing. We learned alot from him.
    The book cover is inter­est­ing. It causes the read­ers to be curi­ous or won­der what it talks about.

  23. Brad Bigney is the pas­tor at my church, and what a man of God! He preaches truth with a pow­er­ful and mov­ing style, yet in a very prac­ti­cal and applic­a­ble man­ner. This book elab­o­rates on a topic that he has stud­ied and preached on in many ser­mons — the idols of our hearts. Unlike many ‘chris­tianese’ books that sim­ply blow hot air on a prob­lem we already know we have, Brad inspires us to search deeper into our hearts for the root sin of our actions: our trea­son against the Gospel. And once he takes us there, he gives us prac­ti­cal steps to seek the face of God and dethrone our idols in the process. I don’t need a copy — I’ve already got one — but I wanted to pro­mote a wholly worth­while read!

  28. Don’t really know what this book is about but the cover makes it look inter­est­ing. Maybe a link here some­where to the descrip­tor that tells about the book would be a good idea.
